Please include your name, email address and order/invoice number (if known) on the back of the cheque. This form of payment will take the longest to process, in most cases up to three working days after receiving the payment.

Payment terms

If you are a business or company and wish to claim input-tax credits and your order exceeds $1000AUD then you must provide us with your business or company name and ABN or ACN.

All prices shown on the EIN Website are now in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and are subject to change without notice. They do not include Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST), payable by Australian residents ONLY. We are an Australian Tax Registered Business (ABN 22 089 823 227) and we provide a tax invoice with all goods sold. The shopping cart and checkout process will display the total price (inc all tax) and Australian customers will also see the GST amount. Non-Australian residents will NOT be charged any tax.

At this present time we only accept international orders if your payment is made via PayPal, Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit. If you are an international customer please email us via the website and we can quote you an exact charge for shipping and total order cost. International customers are accountable for any import taxes they may be required to pay upon receiving goods.

Downloadable goods

Some of our software products can be received via download from the internet. Once we receive payment from you, we will contact you via email (or phone in some circumstances) normally within the next business day (Monday to Friday Australian Eastern Standard Time) as soon as funds have cleared, then we will issue you with access to receive the software.

If you are already a client, then you may be able to download some software already. This does not provide you with a corporate or commercial license. You may purchase a commercial license at any stage to suit your needs. If you have questions about licensing, please contact us via the site.

You have a choice of receiving our software on disk and if you wish to do this, then you should read our Shipping information.

Shipping (if required)

Everyday Interactive Networks sends packages via accredited and nationally recognised carriers such as TNT Express and Australian Post (Australian Air Express). All these methods are claimed to be secure by the carrier and require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure there is someone available to collect your order and sign for it. If there is no one there at the time a calling card will be left and you may be required to pick your order up from the nominated location or arrange a new time for delivery. Please also note the shipping carrier may charge extra for this service. We do not C.O.D. goods. We do not deliver to P.O. BOX numbers.

Australian customers, please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be delivered. Customers outside the metropolitan areas please note that it may take another 2-3 days for your delivery to arrive.

International customers, although our current range of products are electronic so their delivery does not require shipping, but in the case of a physical product please allow up to 10 days for your order to be delivered. We use international shipping companies that use tracking systems so that you can track your goods in transit. Please contact us if you have any problems with this and we will help rectify the problem.
